Courtney is a dental hygienist that understands how important it is that you get to every appointment on time, because a late drop-off can mean the difference between getting the care you need and having to reschedule for months into the future at times. With her formal education and professional experience, Freedom Northwest is especially qualified to transport those who may be immune-compromised or with other physical and health conditions with the utmost care and respect. Her husband, Ty, is the other half to Freedom Northwest’s powerful team. As a Marine Corps Veteran, you can be sure that our drivers are always going to be respectful, clean, and on-time.
Our mission is to combine personal care and professional service to treat every client with dignity, respect, and compassion. We don’t simply ‘drop you off’ and leave; We will either assist you into your destination facility if needed, or at least wait until we know you’ve safely made your way from our vehicle into the doors of where you are going. When you schedule a round-trip, our standard procedure is to give you a call 15 minutes prior to arrival so you are never left wondering if or when we’re coming to pick you back up!
